I’ve been using Simon Says with Premiere, it saves me so much time. So much time. Bringing the captions back into my project is smooth overall. I did run into one small sync issue, but it was fixed quickly, so no big deal. It’s been super useful for editing interviews, especially when there’s a lot to get through.

I signed up for Simon Says AI the billing process was smoother than I expected. The price was shown clearly before I paid, and I didn’t get that annoying feeling that something extra was going to pop up later.

I also liked that the plan details were easy to find once I was in my account. Canceling looked simple too, which is nice to know, even though I haven’t needed to use it.

I’m giving it 4 stars only because I wish the invoices had a little more detail. But overall, no weird surprises on the billing side, which I was happy about

The search barely works for me. I was trying to find basic stuff and still had to dig around forever like an idiot. It’s messy as hell and damn frustrating.

They did get back to me and ended up fixing the issue, so I can't really complain too much. It just took Longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. Overall not bad, I just wish their Support was quicker.

I did still have to go in and fix a few names and little words here and there, but that feels normal with any transcription tool. The main thing is it saved me a ton of typing time, which was exactly what I needed, so yeah, overall I’m happy with it so far.

I had it up and running within just a few minutes, which was a nice surprise. Everything felt straightforward and simple to figure out. Overall, it left me feeling really happy with the whole experience.
